About Union Athletics
Union Athletics is dedicated to building adolescents into superior athletes, and to developing a desire in young people for excellence in education while instilling valuable life skills. Our coaches are excited to partner with parents to meet the individual goals of the athletes while promoting life skills and academic excellence.
2026 Fall Training Season
Fall Speed & Conditioning Training
Prepare for the upcoming indoor track season with focused training designed to improve **sprint mechanics, running form, technique, general strength, and overall conditioning**. Athletes will also develop the aerobic and anaerobic foundation needed to compete successfully during the season.
Training Start Dates
High School Athletes:** September 14, 2026
Middle School Athletes:** October 7, 2026
Training will continue through the beginning of the high school indoor track season.
Weekly Training Schedule
Tuesdays: 6:30 PM
Thursdays: 6:30 PM
Saturdays: 11:00 AM

Union Athletics’ Track & Field program is fueled by a training methodology that places emphasis on personalized growth and development within a team atmosphere. Our student-athletes recognize not only what it will take to achieve their personal goals on and off the track, but they are constantly driven by other peers and coaches who strive for excellence.
Mentorship & Tutoring
Union Athletics supports adolescents on and off the track. Through our mentorship and tutoring programs, we provide a well-rounded experience that allows our athletes to succeed academically. Through exceptional academic performance, our athletes are equipped to receive college scholarships and succeed during their college academic careers.
